Qualifications Required
At least 12 months of verifiable CDLA experience
No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen and back function evaluation
Not convicted of Driving While License Suspended
Not have license suspended or revoked in laast 3 years
Available to drive OTR for more than 2 weeks
